Small: (serves 10-15 people)
Medium: (serves 20-25 people)
Large: (serves 30-35 people)

Sausage Platter:
Hard Salami, our homemade Summer Sausage, Baked Ham,
and Turkey Breast.

All American Tray:
Lean Roast Beef, Baked Ham, and your choice of two
Wisconsin-Made Cheeses.

Cheese and Sausage Tray:
Includes meats and cheeses of your choice.
Small: (2 meats/2 cheeses)
Medium: (3 meats/3 cheeses)
Large: (3 meats/3 cheeses)

Wisconsin Favorite:
A variety of six Wisconsin-Made Cheeses.

Vegetable Platter:
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery Sticks, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, and our homemade Veggie Dip.

Fresh Fruit Tray:
Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Pineapple, Watermelon, Grapes, Strawberries
and our homemade Fruit Dip.

Shrimp Tray/Jumbo Shrimp Tray:
Large or Jumbo Peeled & Deveined Shrimp with our homemade
Shrimp Sauce.

Relish Tray:
Pickle Spears, Green Olives, Black Olives, and Peppercinis.

Taco Tray:
Taco Spread, Lettuce, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Black Olives,
and Diced Tomatoes.

Chicken Drumettes & Wings Tray:
Regular or Spicy Chicken Drumettes & Wings with our homemade Ranch Dip.

Gift Boxes:
Wisconsin Cheeses, our homemade Summer Sausage, Kallas Honey, Fresh Fruit Baskets, Wine & Meat boxes, and our hickory and cherrywood Smoked Hams (boneless or semi-boneless).
